Prevention Program with Precision to Stop Young-Onset Diabetes
Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust
Hong Kong's first large-scale precision prevention programme integrating biogenetic markers to identify individuals at high risk of young-onset diabetes (ages 18–44). Combines genetic testing, clinical risk assessment, structured intervention pathways and an embedded cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) to inform sustainable prevention policy.
